If you skip the class you are really sorry, not only for exercising but also for people you met there because you like gathering in relaxing, professional atmosphere at the studio.
You mashed nice and useful.
1.The constant supervising by your instructor and the safety that you do the exercises correctly.
2.Faster progress that comes from the previous.
3.Interaction with the instructor, those exercises are created just for you, purposely.
4.Additional stimulus and motivation given by others who exercise with you.
5.Affiliation to your own group.
You know that you will feel great after that class no matter what is your day like.
You are full of energy, you feel lightness, enthusiasm but you also have better dream.
If you exercised in the morning, you fell like you could do a lot things during the day.
And for the end, the energy of the group multiplies all above and it is the one besides the instructor that leads us forward.
